Come and join me and explore the full potential of Your own breath! We meet in Spegelsalen at Hjorthagshallen.

You book the occasions you want from week to week and from session to session we will explore different breathing techniques for different purposes. This Tuesday evening we will go into a breathing to support deep RECOVERY & RELAXATION. According me a perfect way to wind down before bedtime.
