1-on-1 coaching - The Breathing Class:
As I mentioned in my story I have done a 1-on-1 training via The Breathing Class founded by Dr. Belisa Vranich. This to better be able to support individuals with breath coaching.
The main idea with this concept is to help you find your way back to a healthy breathing pattern, the way we all were designed to breathe. This means relearning how to breath diaphragmatically and by that help you to find more health and wellbeing in your life.
There are many things in our daily modern lives that can potentially mess up our breathing. I invite you to check out this self-exam put together by Dr. Belisa Vranich to see if you answer yes to any if these questions.
1. Do you sit in front of a computer or in a truck or a car for work?
2. Do you wear compression garments, belts, support pantyhose or a bullet proof vest?
3. As a child did you live with any type of fear, anxiety or worry over a period of time even if you think you weren´t traumatized by it?
4. Do you text throughout the day?
5. Do you carry a bag, knapsack or purse? How much does it weigh?
6. Have you ever had pneumonia or recurring bouts of bronchitis?
7. Have you ever smoked or lived with a smoker?
8. Have you ever lived or spent time in a city with high levels of pollution, or lived somewhere with noxious smells?
9. Do you have a deviated septum or do you snore?
10. Do you have or have you ever had neck, shoulder och back injuries?
By coaching you individually I will provide you with the tools you need to improve your breathing. In our first session you will get a concrete assessment of your breathing, to start working from. From that you can then easily follow your progress in a very clear and simple way. Preferably we meet in person, at least for the first session and after that let´s align on what works best for you.
